We proved claimant had severe back pain and accompanying depression caused by pain for 10+ years and the loss of his previous livelihood, and that the combination of these conditions would prevent him from succeeding at a any work. There would be just too many days where he would miss work from flare-ups of symptoms. The worker had no skills to work in other types of jobs.
