Ashley Grout is the Managing Partner at Calbom & Schwab and has dedicated her career to helping injured people across Washington State. Raised in Central Washington, Ashley is proud to represent clients in the communities she knows and calls home. She believes the foundation of great advocacy is passion, trust, honesty, and hard work, and she brings all four to every case.
Ashley joined Calbom & Schwab in 2012 and quickly found that her own experience with a serious injury gave her a deeper understanding of what clients are going through. Today, she is a shareholder and leader at the firm, known for taking cases personally and fighting hard, especially when the case is difficult.
Ashley limits her practice to workers’ compensation and personal injury, including car crashes, premises liability, construction site incidents, and insurance disputes.
Outside of work, Ashley loves traveling and jokingly admits she’s made a hobby out of dragging her husband, Steve, all over the country (and occasionally the world). If she’s not planning the next trip, there’s a good chance she’s watching the Vegas Golden Knights dominate on the ice. When she’s actually home, she’s usually found relaxing with her two giant dogs and Maine Coon cat.
